Early Registration Credits for Groups

These credits are to REWARD STUDENTS that are proactive and make our jobs simpler! By registering early, you help us create workable schedules for our our field instructors. For this we THANK YOU!

  • AST 1 Class & Field Session – $50 credit
  • AST 2 Advanced Class – $50 credit
  • AST 1.5 Classroom Session – $25 credit

These credits are available for each person in a group of 6 or more who register and pay at least 14 days prior to the (classroom) session taking place.
Choose a “Team Name”. Each member must quote the same “Team Name”.
The $50 credit may be applied toward your next purchase of $100+ in Zac’s Tracs Store (a $25 credit may be applied toward purchases of $50 or more).

Early Registration Credits for Snowmobile Club Members

These credits are to REWARD STUDENTS that are proactive and make our jobs simpler! By registering early, you help us create workable schedules for our our field instructors. For this we THANK YOU!

  • AST 1 Class & Field Session – $50 credit
  • AST 2 Advanced Class – $50 credit
  • AST 1.5 Classroom Session – $25 credit

This credit is available for anyone with a current ASA, SSA, BCSF or ABC club membership who registers and pays at least 14 days prior to the (classroom) session taking place.
During the registration process for these sessions, quote the letters ‘ASA, SSA, BCSF, ABC or SNOMAN’ and your current Club Membership # when prompted for your “Team Name”.
To complete the verification process, proof of membership must be faxed to 403-770-8200. Please include your invoice number on the fax.
Once verified, you will receive a special code by email.
Directions to apply this code will be included in this email.
The $50 credit may be applied toward your next purchase of $100+ in Zac’s Tracs Store (a $25 credit may be applied toward purchases of $50 or more).

Thinking of taking a refresher of your Field or Classroom session?
If we have spaces available on a classroom session or a field session, (click here for class list ), you could receive one of the following discounts:

REP75 – $75 discount If you completed your field session in the 10/11 season
REP50 – $50 discount If you completed your field session in the 09/08 season
REP25 – $25 discount If you completed your field session in the 08/07 season

Youth Discount

Youth (age 10-17 years old) that attend an AST1 or AST1.5 classroom session are eligible for a $75 discount from the standard classroom rate. Please enter Yth75 into the ‘Special Code’ box in the Shopping Cart. This discount does not apply to the AST1 Field Session.

Family Rate for Indoor Rescue Workshop

Attend the Indoor Rescue Workshop as a family (i.e. spouse and children up to 17 years). Register first person for the standard rate. Register the 2nd participant and apply the special code to receive a $35 discount. Do not register the other family members.
Enter Code: IRWfam into the ‘Special Code’ box in the Shopping Cart when purchasing the second family seat in the IRW program.

Occasionally Zac’s will issue a special promotional code to reward people and organizations that participate in Raffles, Contests, Surveys and other activities that support our sport.
Please read your coupon carefully as there may be quantity or category restrictions and expiry dates. Add the appropriate item to your shopping cart and then key the promotional code that you were issued into the ‘Special Code’ box on the shopping cart page. If your purchase meets the criteria of the code the discount will be applied.
Discounts will often require that you purchase double the volume of the discount, for example a $25 discount will require that you purchase a minimum of $50.
